Welcome to the website of the Network for Strategic Response on International Chemical Management! The Network for Strategic Response on International Chemical Management was established on July 26, 2007. The objectives of the network are to improve the level of understanding chemical management; to enhance the capability of industry and other concerned parties to respond to initiatives in foreign countries on chemical management, such as REACH in Europe; and to accelerate the effort for international harmonization. Any organization can participate in the network as long as it agrees to the network's objectives.
